What do I get?
A normal Elementor page on your own WordPress site, rebuilt from the reference page: layout, text, images and styles. New pages are saved as drafts unless you choose otherwise, so nothing goes live until you are ready.
Can I edit the result?
Yes. Sections, columns, containers and widgets arrive as native Elementor elements you can change like any other. A widget from an add-on is rebuilt as that add-on’s widget when it is active on your site, or from Elementor’s own widgets; only parts that need their own scripts stay as HTML, and the plugin tells you which ones. Your edits in Elementor always win over the imported styles.
What happens to the images?
Your site downloads them from our service to your WordPress media library and points the page at your copies. If an image can’t be copied, it stays at its original address and you get a warning, so you can replace it. With a design-only import you get placeholder images instead.
What counts as a credit?
One credit covers one Elementor page, template, header or footer. Posts, products and menus in a full-site import cost nothing with Pro. A conversion that fails on our side doesn’t use a credit: it goes back to your balance automatically. See pricing.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for a pack you haven’t used: ask within 14 days of purchase and before any of its credits are used. Read the refund policy for the details.
Who is responsible for copyright?
You are. Only import pages you have the right to use, and change the content and images before you publish. Every import asks you to confirm this, and we keep a record of it. See the Terms and our copyright policy.
